Revision Homes uses other people's money (OPM).  In exchange for short-term project loans, we offer returns from 10-12 percent depending on the project.  Investors usually have the opportunity of investing their same money 2-3 times a year on a per-project basis. 

Is it safe?

Our business model is a tried and proven conservative system that works.  In all our years of doing business no investor has ever lost money.  

What is the collateral?

That’s simple.  Real estate.  Investments are on a per-project basis which means that you are on the title of the house in first position.  Your investment is backed by tangible real estate and protected by lawyers and title companies. 

How are you able to make money and pay out 10-12 percent?

Because of our extensive relationship network with bankers and realtors that deal with distressed properties, we are able to land great deals.  Our rehab system is designed in such a way that before buying a house, we know the price we’re willing to pay, the cost to fix it up, and how much it will sell for in a competitive market.  We make sure the numbers are solid before signing the deal so that in the end, we make the money that we need to, to guarantee you that 10-12 percent.
